Knowing beforehand how to respond can mean the difference between quickly resolving a CPS investigation and being subjected to the difficulty of an unnecessary, potentially traumatic experience. During this talk, Amy will equip you with an easy-to-understand explanation of the 4th Amendment, preemptive strategies, and instructions for how to respond if an official shows up at your door.
About:
A Wisconsin native, Amy was homeschooled K–12 along with her four younger siblings. She double majored in politics & government and criminal justice at Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee and later received her juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served as president of the Federalist Society and articles editor of the Wisconsin Law Review.
Now, at HSLDA, Amy serves as the contact attorney for seven states and one US territory.
